I previously ran a successful clothing business in India, designing traditional attire for many years before moving to London. My interest in textiles drew me towards exploring fabric in a creative way, experimenting with fabric as a medium for art. Much of my inspiration comes from my Indian heritage, and my style embodies a blend of traditional and contemporary. Creating art is a form of meditation for me, and I believe that it has the power to heal and bring joy.

I’ve been a self-taught artist for about 15 years now. My artistic journey started when I created artwork for my daughter’s room using her old baby clothes. Since then, I have honed my skills and expanded into mixed media. I enjoy using different materials to give my pieces more dimension and personality.

My design process is a journey without any preconceived ideas or set rules, as I feel this creative freedom leads to my best work.
